How long does a duplicate take?
Mechanical key in 15–30 min. Chipped or flip key in 30–90 min. Smart key or all-keys-lost: 2 h to a full day depending on the brand.
Do I need to bring the car?
For a plain duplicate from an original key, no. For programming or all-keys-lost, yes — the car must be at the workshop or we come to you.
What if I've lost every key?
We make a key on-site (all-keys-lost). Depending on the brand we open the car, read the data and program the new key. The car is running again within the day.
Do you work on cars under warranty?
Yes. Our work does not affect the manufacturer warranty. Keys are identical to OEM.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, cash, bank transfer. Invoice on request, VAT recoverable for businesses.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 12 months on keys, 30 days on programming. If anything happens we get you in priority, at no extra cost.
Do you do callouts?
Yes — Paris and the region from €60. For urgent jobs we work evenings and weekends.
Will the key match the original?
Yes — same case, same logo, same behaviour. For premium brands (Porsche, Mercedes) we use OEM cases.
The key doesn't start the car anymore — what now?
It could be the battery, the immobilizer antenna or a re-sync needed. Free diagnosis at the workshop.
